Everything as expected and very authentic. The only downside is the bathroom that is really hard to use/unusable in decent conditions. Very nice experience.

This was the highlight of our trip to Romania. Although it isn’t for everyone, if you are looking for an aunthentic, countryside experience - look no further. The wooden cabin is basic but super cozy with a cast iron stove in the middle to cook food with or heat up the lodging on colder days. Without electricity, you really appreciate the simple things in life - walking in the meadows, meeting other farming neighbours, the sounds of birds, the stream and the mornings are just divine. This proved to be the much needed respite we needed, it really nourished our bodies and soul. Ennoki in the village, also cooked us dinner and she and her family were so genuine and hospitable. Bring some basic supplies and some snacks to eat as there isn’t much around. I would visit again in a heartbeat.
