We really enjoyed our stay in Dennis Cape Cod, Massachusetts. James was super helpful during our stay and have great recommendations about things to check out during our stay. The place was really clean and located close to everything we needed. Appreciate all the effort James made into making our stay great.

The cottage was spacious, very clean, and had the absolute cutest beachy decor! Our family of five stayed for three nights, and enjoyed visiting other places around the Cape, including P-Town for whale watching, Chatham for the lighthouse, book store, and candy store, and Mayflower Beach which the kids loved at low tide! We enjoyed Woolfies for amazing muffins and egg sandwiches and Sundae School for root beer floats, both walking distance from the cottage. The house had everything we needed and more, with a fabulous front porch and back deck for the early mornings and evenings. This gem is nestled in a quiet, very sweet neighborhood. Jim was very responsive and offered many recommendations. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our family getaway!

James’ place was everything we needed to explore Cape Cod. Close to what we had time to see, and in a quiet neighborhood. Make sure to book things like ocean house and ferry to nantucket before you come! They do fill up. We still had great adventures in chatham, and around dennis port. super walkable area and loved the front porch. the house kept getting sweeter as our time passed on. decor was very cute.

Jim's place is perfect for the five of us, two couples and one single. 7 min to walk to the public beach per map and there is also parking at the beach. Good location to drive to other places in Cape Cod. Thanks Jim.
