Absolutely loved my stay at Nadine and Sam’s studio in North Van. Everything is exactly as depicted in the photos…clean, spacious, and inviting. Nadine and Sam are incredible hosts, super responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. Their home is in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood close to local transit that connects you to essential stores and top tourist destinations. 10/10 would recommend :).

It was extremely clean and thoughtfully prepared place with great aesthetic sense. The hosts, Nadine and Sam, are always there and have been very responsive and friendly throughout the 5-months stay. The place was new and all the kitchen equipments, amenities, home furnishings were beyond the expectation. The Kitchen, especially, had great space, plenty of rooms in the cabinets, and was fully equipped. Really enjoyed cooking there and having meals with my son during the stay. It would’ve been better if there were some more storages like drawer in the place, however, we had enormous amount of “stuff” since we were staying for several months with a 5-year-old. There is a beautiful park right next to the property and everything including grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. are within 5-15 minutes by car. It was such a lovely place and we really enjoyed being there, thanks to even lovelier hosts, Nadine and Sam.

We required a place to stay in between homes, and we’re so fortunate to discover Nadine’s listing. Situated in a very peaceful and beautiful neighbourhood, cosy, bright and so very well equipped; a farewell BC place that made our final week in North Vancouver very memorable. We cooked meals in, sometimes got takeout nearby, yummy, visited friends and family, and took short Uber rides to Vancouver for dining out. We walked the local trails, sat on the patio, chilled out some evenings watching “Friends” reruns. From our first interaction to our last, Nadine was a very gracious, helpful and responsive host. Had an amazing time during my week stay here. Felt very homey and comforting. Nadine & Sam were super helpful, nice and made sure we had their support if needed. The space was equipped with everything, even the little thoughtful add ons. The neighbourhood is nice and peaceful — not very far from everything you need. Going to be the go-to spot when I’m back in town!
