This place was so lovely we came back for another week! It is spacious and clean and exactly what we were looking for. Franklin and his wife are incredibly hospitable and the property is very secure. It is a bit far out of Mukono town but that was no problem with the use of boda's for transportation. I have no hesitations in recommending this place!

This place is exactly as it appears. Clean, quiet, good security and comfortable. Some tips for those not familiar with Uganda, they give 20units of electricity for the week, so turn off the fridge at night( it’s strong and everything stays cold no problem) also only turn on the water heater when you need it. As for the WiFi, you get 4gb with the booking, but if you run out, you can get more and it is much cheaper than using data from a provider that is outside the country. The overall experience was great, just be sure to stop at a super market and buy what you need to eat and drink. There is a working stove and microwave. Very comfortable place in good location.

Douglas and Franklin were very reactive and flexible for an immediate booking when a private rental fell through at the last moment. They were very helpful to our family and during our stay here. The apartment is super clean, new and nicely furnished. The location is a bit off the centre of Mukono but security is very good. Electricity is paid by the client, not the host...maybe this needs to be adjusted in the description. Franklin and his family are quite welcoming and helpful.
