This house was great for our holiday. It is a big size with lots of outdoor seating. The outdoor kitchen area was fantastic and the indoor kitchen well stocked. The swimming pool was great. The location of the house was brilliant. 5 minute walk to the beach, really lovely quiet road, 10 minute walk to Mimizan Plaza with wonderful shops, restaurants, market and bike paths through pine forests. Fred was a very good host and responded immediately to our communication. We were very late arriving and he welcomed us and showed us into the house. We enjoyed many family games of pool. The house was a bit tired in it's upkeep, the 4th bedroom had no outside ventilation and it was a bit hot. We were visiting in a hot August (30-35 degrees) and the bedrooms would have benefitted from air conditioning for the rental price we paid. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay.

Hôte sympathique et à l’écoute. Maison entretenue et agréable, bien située, proche de l’océan et des commerces. Le plus est la grande piscine. Nous recommandons donc l’hôte et la maison. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille.

Großes Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, sehr nah am Strand, ideal für 2 Familien, super Küche. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, insbesondere Pool und Billard wurden intensiv genutzt.

Muy recomendable estancia. Cerca de la playa, gran comodidad. Inmejorable lugar en caso de querer visitar la Landas y disfrutar de unos días en grupo o familia.
