Itraveled with my family 7 adults, 1 toddler, 1 infant and 1 dog and stayed here for 3 nights. We went to celebrate my daughters first birthday. Stayvista- Slow, clueless and non guest friendly. They send standard messages with no sense. I received my “how to get there” message with wrong booking details. Decoration for the party Overpriced and under delivered. On asking they said they will take the decoration back if we don’t pay the agreed amount. Baker hired by them stuck props on sharp, pointy sticks on the cake because of which my daughter scraped the inside of her mouth. Do not recommend. If booking through Airbnb ask for kitchen charges. Hidden charges here. House- old but beautiful. It’s peaceful & very comfortable. The lawn is gorgeous. The staff- Mahender needs a special mention. He takes very good care of the guests and makes delicious Indian food. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Five stars to the staff. The rooms are smaller than the pictures.

The property is extremely beautiful. The pictures do justify the beauty. Things to note - this is just an Airbnb, you won't get lunch and dinner unless you pay for it. You will only get breakfast which is included in the cost of the rent of the villa. You will have to pay 2000INR per day for lunch and dinner, plus the cost of groceries used for this. This is a bit extreme and weird I feel. I would recommend you to pay this only for the days you are staying in. Bonfire Costs extra 1500INR. The house helpers are courteous unless you are rude to them. They are understanding and will help you with your needs. They cook good. Ask for any Himachali food, you'll be happy. Management however is a disgrace on this face of Earth.Show any resistance to pay the extra nonsense changes and you will be swiftly asked to checkout/take this up with Airbnb; except the owner - Mrs. Sweta. Talk only to her in case you want any wrinkles ironed out.

NOT GONNA RETURN EVER!! 1. BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR STAFF PERSON MR SUNNY WAS VERY VERY RUDE. IT SEEMED LIKE HE WAS BOSSING ON MR MAHENDER. ON LAST DAY I ASKED HIM THAT WHY ARE YOU SO RUDE, to which mr mahender said -"this is his way of speaking." 2. BREAKFAST INCLUDING, NEVER MENTIONED THAT YOU WILL BE SERVED 2 ITEMS ONLY. I MEAN I HAVE BEEN TO SO MANY PROPERTIES BUT NEVER HAD JUST 2 ITEMS IN BREAKFAST. MY SUNNY SAID- " 2 hi items milengi breakfast me & u decide which two" 3. We are paying 2000 rs for chef services but your chef can not cook anything apart from basic indian curries & rice. No italian no chinese no continental nothing. On this also your mr sunny said- "yahan ye sab nai bnta i.e we dont cook all such things" so why the hell we paid 2000 per day for chef services. 4. Regarding bonn fire , we paid 1500 rs so that they can just start the fire once and rest guests have to put the wood and all to keep fire going. we were putting newspapers and wood to keep the fire going. Your no staff was present there. 5. Last but not the least, i have never been to any property where there is only one reply to everything we asked for -" NO" HOSPITALITY WISE I AM DISAPPOINTED.

Beautiful property as described with perfect host and staff Mahender who is so genuine and cooks so tasty dishes . Lovely touch of barbecue and bonfire was something perfect for our stay to make it most memorable. Loved every bit of it..
