A charming small villa, that had no garden but excellent views towards Ithaca and Lefkada, and was next to wild Olive and scrub land . we were visited by 200+ goats with bells most days roaming hillside and a persistent cat family with kittens. The property really suits four , not six, and had tired external furniture and was in need of smartening up. As with all Islands the WC requires no paper down the toilet. Towels could have been bigger , and welcome pack in kitchen and bathrooms more generous. Being end of season in Greece, we had chainsaws and strimers most days as neighbouring properties carried out garden maintenance. Biggest draw back was the small upstairs bathroom in a tiny loft space that came with a 'mind your head ' warning! Overall our stay was Ok but we felt out was over priced by 40-50% when compared to facilities we enjoyed at another villa week prior in Meghanisi.

It was a total pleasure for the four of us to have stayed at Villa Mystique. We had an amazing time in this truly special and beautiful place. The view across the sea was magical and being surrounded by forest enabled us to experience several features of the natural world around us - yes, we were lucky enough to have heard and seen the parade of goats... twice; an enthralling and dramatic procession on both occasions! In the house, the sense of tradition was evident in the thoughtfully styled decor, fittings and furniture. The modern luxury of the pool was a wonderful indulgence! When we contacted the team, someone was available immediately; really helpful, attentive and friendly. Thank you - we were all very sad to leave; we'd have loved to stay for much longer!

Beautiful house, with quirky characterful decoration. The views are truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful family holiday exploring Kefalonia and relaxing in (and around) the pool.

Absolutely stunning location. Happily sat and watched the view all day. Probably the best view we’ve ever had from a holiday home. The villa is gorgeous, full of character, beautifully presented with a lovely pool/ outside area. It was just right for two adults and two teenage sons though you could squeeze 6 in. We didn’t want to leave.

A beautiful property, inside and out. The welcome treats and wine was appreciated. Loved the privacy and yet still close to beaches and Fiscardo. Also really enjoyed when the crowd of goats walked by! Wonderful memories!
