There is nothing but good things to say about this place. The apartment is quite well equippe, feels clean and the amenities look just like the pictures. The location is in a gated complex that feels very safe, quiet and tidy. Kattya explains everything and gives good recommendations, I would come back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic penthouse, fantastic location -- so well equipped for a family on holiday but also with lots of personal taste and style. We spent most of our time at the unit up on the covered roof terrace playing ping pong and reading in hammocks. Would absolutely stay here again!

Merci encore Kattya et Jean-Michel! Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique en famille dans ce petit paradis nous faisait sentir chez nous avec toutes les commodités! Les photos ne rendent pas justice à la beauté du penthouse et de la vue. Et Reina est merveilleuse! Nous seront certainement de retour!

The place is even more beautiful and more spacious than seen on the pics. There were 6 adults and 3 young kids; all of us were very comfortable in the condo. A big living With two large terraces we had lots of space for playing and eating. Having a fuss ball and a table tenis was a big hit, especially for the kids. The condo is very tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. The woman who comes each morning to prepare a breakfast and clean afterwards was a godsend. Reina is a great cook. We asked her to prepare Dominican dishes and she beautifully delivered them. She squeezed juices from fresh fruits: so yummy! The location of the condo is wonderful, a few minutes by car to the first beach. A few minute walk to a swimming pool. Kattya is very very helpful with recommendations regarding groceries, eating out, beaches to visit. She has answered all questions in a short time. I’d recommend Kattya’s condo to everyone who wants to experience Caribbean culture in a beautiful surrounding.
