Primary Guest must be 25 or older. Upstairs you will find a complete kitchen including dishwasher as well as a cozy living room with a 65" UHD TV sporting Roku. Although the unit is small (450 Square) it is well appointed and does not feel cramped. Private parking is available right next to the unit. This unit is part of a larger 3 unit property but is private and exclusive to the guests. Come and enjoy the nightlife of Old Colorado City or Colorado Springs, the Rocky Mountains nearby or favorite tourist spots such as the NEW Cog Railway to the top of Pikes Peak or the Seven Falls Adventure Park. World Class Restaurants are just steps away and local flavor is always available. PETS are allowed with an additional Pet fee of $25 per-pet-per-stay (MAX 2 Pets, Owner approval required prior to stay - Accepting of pet fee by owner constitutes approval.
