If you love nature and appreciate a blissful climate with clean air, the quiet surroundings of "Les Abricotiers" is a guarantee for a wonderful holiday. Located at the end of a small road that continues as a hiking path. View of both the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. All comfort is available to fully enjoy a well-deserved holiday with max. 7 people. The house is located on a 6,000m2 terrain with gardens and terraces on 3 levels. Enjoy our 12x7m swimming pool for lots of water fun. Downstairs is a studio with living room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower. There's also an open kitchen with gas burners and large terrace so that you can cook and eat outside on a cloudy day. Upstairs: Living room / dining room, 3 bedrooms (1 room with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with a single bed). Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, large refrigerator and dish washer. Bathroom with bath tub / shower. Everything is nicely decorated with antique French furniture.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Thomas et Linda. Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir le département. Une vue incroyable et un calme absolu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
This is a truly exceptional place to visit. We brought our three teenage children and they adored the pool and the table tennis table. We all fell in love with both the location and the house and cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Un séjour dans un cadre très agréable, au calme, sans vis à vis. Vue sur la forêt et la montagne. Très belle et grande piscine (non chauffée). Un accueil parfait.
La description du site est précise, pas de surprises. Le calme est absolu. Il faut avoir à l'esprit qu'il n'y pas de commerces de proximité, la voiture et 15 minutes sont nécessaires pour les premiers commerces ... pour les sportifs le vélo est possible mais partez tôt !
L’endroit est vraiment super. Très calme. L’accès à la montagne, la mer et à Perpignan à 30 minutes est vraiment génial. La maison dispose d’un studio indépendant au rdc. Nous ne l’avons pas utilisé mais si vous êtes nombreux, prenez cela en compte car cette partie du logement est clairement distincte du reste de la maison (l’étage). Ça peut d’ailleurs tout à fait être un plus selon la configuration du groupe de voyageurs.

You're at 10 minutes from Thuir, a cute village with a typical French / Catalan atmosphere. There are also lots of shops and supermarkets. Culinairy, this region is a real winner! Plenty of restaurants, local farmers who sell their products and above all a huge selection of delicious wines.
Castelnou and Eus, "Les plus Beaux Villages de France", are at a 15-30min drive.
Those who want to soak up the Mediterranean atmosphere can choose from many amazing coastal towns and beaches. Be sure to check out Collioure, a picturesque city near the sea with super cozy shopping streets and lots of history and art.
Those who love a good hike can explore the french Pyrenees (Pic de Canigou 2,700m, ....).
All activities are possible in the area:
- In the mountains you can practice all possible mountain sports, many are very well organized.
- All possible water sports at the seaside, with the maritime nature reserve at Banyuls-Sur-Mer (Cote Vermeille) as a must.
- Many typical French Catalan villages and towns where you can fully enjoy the local delicacies and huge selection of wines. 4 towns classified as "Les plus beaux villages de France" are nearby (Castelnou, Eus, Villefrenche-de-Conflent and Evol).
- Culture is everywhere: check out Perpignan, a beautiful city (only 20-30min drive) and "Le Pays Des Cathares" with its rich history.
The unique location of the house in the midst of nature means a car absolutely necessary.
