Stayed at Dony’s for just under 2 weeks and had a great time. The accommodation is lovely and quiet and just a short scooter ride from Dylan’s right. You get a bungalow which is separate from their house so plenty or privacy. The food they cooked up during our stay was also great. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Simeulue to stay here.

Dony’s place is one of a kind! Very nice location, clean and comfortable. Dony and his family are very welcoming and make great food. Highly recommend!

Lagans Homestay is a very comfortable place to stay and a great value. The hospitality and meals provided by Dony and Elis were outstanding. The location is right down the street from one of Simeulue's best right breaks, Dillon's. Dony and Elis also have excellent local knowledge about the area if your interested in exploring the island. Highly recommended.

What a GREAT VALUE! Lagans Homestay definitely exceeded my expectations. The facilities were simple, clean, and comfortable. Dony was a great host as he shuttled us around, provided rental vehicles when needed, and introduced us to some new spots around the island. His wife Elis is a phenomenal cook... don't miss out on her dinners. I've traveled to Simeulue a lot over the years and never eaten so good. I look forward to many more trips to this island that I love and many more stays at Lagans Homestay.

Doni and Elis were fantastic hosts. Their homestay was as advertised and a great value considering how close it is to the beach and Logan's Right break. Doni picked me up and dropped me off at the airport which made the trip low stress. The room was clean and the food was delicious. Doni also has a wealth of local knowledge about places to eat and other tourist destinations to check out around the Island. On my next trip to Simeulue, I'll definitely being booking with Lagan's Homestay again.
