We are a retired couple and stayed with Linda the first night of a 5-day trip cycling the Katy Trail. Linda was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Her home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The guest room and bathroom were comfortable, quiet, and restful. While we settled in and showered after a long day on the bikes, Linda prepared a plate of fruit and homemade cookies with glasses of milk—perfect. Her homemade breakfast the next morning was outstanding.

I enjoy my experience at Linda's place. She is welcoming and very knowledge person who loves to share her experience. I definitely grew by meeting her and seeing how she lives.

Linda was very friendly and talkative. Asked about my day and what I had planned or why I was in Sedalia. Was very accommodating and asked what I wanted for breakfast. Blueberry pancakes and bacon with fresh coffee. She has lavender vanilla syrup for me to use if I chose to. She provided fruit on the kitchen counter if I got hungry the night I arrived. And offered me water when I got back from being in the heat. Very considerate host.

Linda was a wonderful host! The room was beautiful. She was a veery responsive host who ensured the hot breakfast was desirable to my likes. Just a very good place! I highly recommend!

Loved our one night stay with Linda. She was friendly, the place clean and she made us breakfast in the AM. This location is best suited for folks who are riding the Katy Trail and don’t plan to come and go as you please. If that’s your style, a different location may be better suited.
