我们的房子坐落在充满果树和花卉的宽敞土地上，是一座190平方米的豪华两层传统石头住宅，建于1996年。 远离大众旅游，但靠近古代梅赛内（ 8公里）和奥林匹亚（ 95公里）、阳光明媚的海滩和田园诗般的山脉，对于想体验希腊南部生活的魔力所组成的旅行者的完美场所，如果需要，还可以观赏/参加（和品尝！ ）的一些烹饪美食。 房间内有一张标准双人床、阅读桌、大衣柜，并配有空调和吊扇，让您更自然、更健康地通风。 如有需要，还提供充油的电暖器。 还有一个专属阳台，配有一张小桌子和两把椅子。

房东是少小离家退休了从美国回到老家。夫妻俩热情好客充满生活情趣，并努力打理一个大大的美丽花园。女主人做的一手好菜，尤其各类甜点，这里推荐希腊传统甜点巴克拉瓦必尝。不过那房屋所在村庄只有不到1200人而且地处偏僻，如果不去附近的罗马遗迹MESSENE不建议住。PS那个遗迹非常值得看到底是地处偏僻保存的非常完好。
Unbedingte Empfehlung! Vassilis und Eleni sind wahre "Superhosts". Wegen ihrer herzlichen, offenen und unkomplizierten Art war das Zusammenleben einfach und bereichernd. Sie haben uns gute Tipps gegeben und sogar kleine Ausflüge mit uns gemeinsam unternommen. Wir wurden kulinarisch verwöhnt und in allen Belangen sehr hilfsbereit unterstützt. Mit der absolut sehenswerten archäologischen Stätte ancient Messini befindet sich zudem eine großartige Sehenswürdigkeit ganz in der Nähe.

Where to begin. Entering Elini and Vassilis house is like entering in Eden’s garden. Everything is enchanting, they put so much love in their garden. And then when you think that the garden is the highlight, you make a first foot in their home and you’re suddenly transported by all the warmth that comes from the wonderful material they used to build their house, to all the memories and details that are dispatched stubbly in very little place. You instantly feel that love is all around, the bedroom procures the same feeling. We arrived at night and we were invited to share a lovely dinner made by the super talented cook Eleni herself. We share an absolute wonderful and lovely moment. After a resting night we have breakfast with delicious local products. We stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed more. It is very easy and central from all the beautiful places in Messinia. Don’t hesitate one second, even if it’s a little bit outside your way : make a detour and stop there!
Vassilis and Eleni were amazing, warm, generous hosts, full of wonderful life experiences they generously shared, amazing breakfasts, wonderful recommendations, and a really beautiful home they build. And was amazing to wake up and drive 10 minutes to ancient messini, or walk among olive groves, or easily drive into kalamata. I would definitely recommend staying with them!!

自我介绍
A few words about your hosts: Vassilis was born in Revmatia, a tiny mountain village west of Meligalas and taken to the US at the age of four. He spent 25 years there before returning to Greece, founding an English Language school in Meligalas in 1976. Recently retired from his teaching duties, he now spends most of his time reading and writing poetry in English. Eleni was also born in Revmatia and when she has time, prepares home-made traditional pickled vegetables, spoon sweets and marmalades; though you will never hear her say it, she is also a fabulous cook. Besides keeping busy with the upkeep of the house and garden, both your hosts enjoy biking, taking long walks in the countryside and foraging for wild greens, asparagus, and mushrooms.
