Family of five 14, 5, 4 booked for a weekend get away. Had a wonderful stay and will book again before the end of year! Home was warm, well appointed, and in a PERFECT location to ALL the action. Staff were very friendly. Check-in for 2024 was a bit disappointing but security after hours was awesome and so responsive. Welcome package was great. Planned community with shopping, grocery and dining is wonderful. Book and regardless if you stay or go you’ll have a great time!

This place was a perfect stay for my family.. which includes 3 kids. Felt right at home.. all the beach feels! The home was so clean! No complaints at all. Would highly recommend and will book again! :)

Oyhut Bay itself is awesome. The neighborhood/community has everything we needed right in walking distance. Restaurant, shopping, bikes, play houses, a pumpkin patch. Our 2 year old loved it. Baby Shark Villa specifically was wonderful as well. Clean and comfortable. Our daughter enjoyed playing with the toys and sitting in the mini Adirondack chair. Only issue was we expected to have a pack n play but it was more like a baby basinet. But we called the office and they brought us a pack n play over within a few minutes so it was easily resolved. We had such a nice time that we extended the trip and stayed an extra day.
