Wonderful stay at Beth’s place! Just as described, clean and the hot tub was a hit. The location was perfect for a show at Red Rocks (only about 15 minutes away)! Beth was very responsive the entire time and made us feel right at home during our trip. We will definitely stay here again next time we find ourselves in the Denver area!

The place is as described and very comfortable. The jacuzzi was great for relaxing at night. Having two king beds and proximity to the local park was a selling point. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and spices. Beds and couches were very comfortable We did have a few issues, which Beth was able to solve: 1. One of the hair dryers was not working 2. There were only 2 dishwasher pods and no dish sponge for 5 night stay 3. There was no laundry detergent There was one issue that did not get resolved: Most of the TVs did not work during our stay. When entering a check out date, it would accept the date, then not let us proceed. Another TV turned on, but only to a blue screen. We reached out about the blue screen and were sent instructions on how to troubleshoot the issue (not my responsibility as a renter).

You definitely can’t go wrong with this being part of your next destination. The home was above as advertised, communication with host was great and they were beyond accommodating. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Beth’s place was beautiful and close to restaurants. It was easy to get to. We appreciate a place that allows dogs and the walkout basement was perfect for our dog that doesn’t do steps well. Huge backyard for them to play in as well. We had a great time.
