The place is very good and walkable distance to vardaraja Swamy temple. Good garden and nice trees welcome you.Felt at home.Uncle and Aunty are very helpful

Praburam and family are really hospitable people. They made me feel right at home, and helped me with local recommendations. They're very responsive, and clear in their communication. I'd love to visit them again!

Very untidy and not at all cleaned. Place is very unclean, kitchen very very dirty and lot of strain. Hall fan could not be used because of so much dirt in hall. Basic clean also not done. Have stayed many airbnb in many places but havent experienced such unclean place. Paid 2000 and we could see not even 10 % of it used for clean.

We had a decent experience at this property in Kanchipuram. The host was very helpful and guided us a lot. I preferred this due to the proximity to the Varadaraja Perumal temple. It was easy to commute to the temple. An air conditioner would make it a good place of stay owing to the humid weather in Kanchi.

I communicated with Praburam and booked the place two weeks before my arrival at Kanchi. On the day, I only had 9 hours in Kanchi but Praburam and his parents made sure that I did not struggle. Throughout the two weeks, he evaluated how I would travel within Kanchi and to Chengalpattu to catch my train. I had called few cab companies and they were pricey. When I informed this to Praburam, his parents spoke to a friendly autorickshaw driver and booked him with a lower price. The auto was waiting for me at the train station. The friendly driver took me to Praburam's place, to five big temples and then to Chengalpattu train station in the evening. I think Praburam could help the next person travel around with him. The house was as advertised. It is in a small compound and is one among the three houses. It has a small garden with banana trees and few flowering plants. However, Praburam and his parents were out of town. His friendly neighbours helped me use the house. The house has a living room, a guestroom, a kitchen, and a washroom. The guestroom had a double bed, the living room had a steel cot that was not furnished, the kitchen had a gas and electric stoves with water and few vessels, and the washroom was neat enough and had water. I only spent less than two hours in the house. It was comfortable enough to freshen up and have a nap. The Kanchi city itself was unforgiving hot. I was able to finish my temple visits as I used the auto Praburam's parents booked. To summarize the house, it has only the basic necessities and good for people with a short visit.
