A wonderful house with beach access visible at the end of the road. The inside layout is very thoughtfully designed for multiple groups and our friends greatly enjoyed the "little touches" like tissue boxes, many small trash cans, USB/HDMI outlets, and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything is newish and works well. The host was incredibly responsive throughout the booking, planning, and stay. The area is very walkable with plenty to do. We came a little early in the season but still found plenty of restaurants to get meals. This is definitely a house we'd come back to!

Ann was super easy to work and communicate with. Because no one was in house before us or after (rented in a random weekend in February)- Ann happily let us check in early and check out later which was so so appreciated. House was great for annual 44 year old girlfriend reunion. All necessary kitchen supplies, privacy, and common space, all spaces in pristine clean conditions. Appliances new, clean. Bathrooms great. Loved it.

Absolutely gorgeous house, and extremely well-appointed. Ann was an amazing and gracious host who went out of her way to make things easy on her guests. There was plenty of room to spread out, and we were able to find everything we needed with ease. Would highly recommend this rental.

The house is spacious with three floors and beautifully laid out. Will work well for extended families with en-suite bathrooms for all four main bedrooms plus two powder rooms and the “kids” twin bedroom. Very short walk to beach at end of the street and two blocks to shops and restaurants. Kitchen fully equipped. Beautiful three season room off living room and kitchen. Would stay again in a minute. 20 minute drive north to the massive Tanger outlets. Thanks to Ann as great host.

We had a wonderful time at Sand Pebble—rain or shine! The house was spacious and let the young kids and adults find common or private space as needed: Fabulous screened (year round) porch off the great room and kitchen, outside rear balcony, downstairs living room! Adults loved their own bathrooms and TVs with each big bedroom. But location, location, location! Walked 5” to see the sun and moonrise over the ocean, to find the playground and get Kohr Brothers, or to enjoy a feast at the Blue Crab. Or shop! And surroundings were comfortable and easy to enjoy and relax in.
