We just got back from a week at Villa Delphin. The house is in a great location, a few mins walk from the sea and about 15 mins to Binabeca. It’s decorated in a traditional Minorcan style and we loved the themed artwork around the house. Communication from 3villas was excellent - Amanda was quick to respond and even bought us a baby bath round for our daughter. As others have said, the house is in need of a little work in places, particularly the bathrooms and the pool area which could do with a bit of TLC. There are also a LOT of mozzies so bring spray! We also could’ve been left a few more basics - e.g. we had been left 1 bin bag, 1 loo roll and a tiny pack of washing up liquid (and no handwash or dishwasher tabs) for the week. We booked last min and got a great rate for the house so the above didn’t bother us too much, but had we paid the usual price, I would’ve been a bit disappointed. Having said that, if I could get another deal I’d definitely stay at Villa Delphin again!

Nice place in a lovely location. I go mountain biking on the cami so it was handy for that as well

Great location/pool with only a 10-15 minute walk into Binebeca, however (as stated in many of the reviews) the villa itself is very tired and needs an overhaul across the piece, to note there is also no aircon within the lounge/kitchen/dining area so if you do decide to stay in at all you will have to sweat it out in the summer months. Also beware there a huge numbers of mosquitos so ensure you bring plenty of spray/repellent. Hope this feedback helps 3Villas/prospective visitors and leads to improvements where required.

It was a great stay!!! 3Villas (and particularly Amanda) was very professional and very helpful across the board. Highly recommended!!!
