This little house is cute. And the location was great for all the things we wanted to do. Jim and Wendy were very responsive to our questions. The house and yard are comfortably appointed.

A friend of mine recommended staying here, and wow am I happy that we did. My husband and I vacationed here for a few nights and every aspect of our stay was perfect. The space was impressively clean (I think the cleanest AirBnb I’ve seen, ever!!!) and oh so cozy. It’s the cutest little house, and it’s well laid out and pleasantly decorated. It was fully stocked with all the essentials and then some. The backyard area with the hammock was lovely and peaceful. We really loved and appreciated the big binder full of information and resources on things to do— we referenced it often as we planned our days. We went kayaking, swimming, hiking, birding, beaching, and also enjoyed shopping and restaurants. We saw a number of manatees while we were here as well, which felt very lucky since they’re technically out of season now. Jim & Wendy’s was the sweetest little abode to return home to after adventure-filled days, and we can’t wait to visit again soon!

Having never been to Crystal River before we were excited for the small town feel, and the cozy cottage type space. When we arrived we arrived at night, the backyard was lit appropriately, house was easy to enter, the music was playing, lights on and the house smelt amazing. We right away unpacked and sat outside taking in the quietness and warm atmosphere. Bed is very comfortable, and air conditioning works super well. We absolutely loved utilizing the backyard to hangout on the deck, BBQ, and had an evening fire (10/10 great time, but would not recommend a campfire with sunburns- ouch- haha). The bikes are a nice addition to explore parts of Crystal River missed by car.
