From the first inquiry to check out, Gwen was kind, helpful and quick to respond! We were in San Jose to enjoy the MN Wild vs San Jose Sharks hockey game and we're looking for a spot for our family that was close to the arena where we could make some great memories. Unexpected delights included the backyard oasis with outdoor dining and fireplace area, in-facility laundry, 2 bright white/new bathrooms, whimsical bird decor, easy to adjust climate control, cozy backyard cottage and comfy bedding all around. You can tell that Gwen truly cares about her guests' comfort & convenience. Fenced in yard and ample keypad locks added to the assurance of privacy and safety. Top notch stay!
