Great experience. We really liked the surrounding nature. I guess the hottub needs a bit of improvement or to install at least one more.

The place was clean. Rooms very dated and poorly repaired. Receptionist was very rude and kept mentioning they are short staffed when I needed help with the heating. The whole stay was okay overall but receptionist could do with a class on customer service.

Upon arrival to room 4 (1 bedroom), toilet had been previously used and unflushed with some complimentary dried urine drips on the seat. Really tired and poorly maintained room. Went to gym which was fine until using the hot tub which was set on cold, steam room and sauna were both cold, multiple showers out of order and the rest were barely working, lukewarm with no pressure. Went back to room to find shower head damaged and unuseable. Went to reception to complain about room and they were apologetic and changed my room to room 20 which was a 2 bedroom. Stains on curtains, missing carpet tiles in entrance, door not very secure even when locked, rubbish left in living room, poorly maintained throughout and the mattresses so old and low quality I sunk through mattress and was effectively sleeping on the divan base. Considered staying elsewhere but couldn't find anywhere near at such late notice. Street lighting was broken in residential complex, very dark all the way from gym building.
