The house is a maisonette with naturally cool bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden with a large and cool kiosk. Situated in a residential area, 5 minutes drive from Ierissos’s village, restaurants, shops. This beautiful cottage is on two levels. On the ground level, you enter the space between the living room and the dining room. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, a big closet, the TV and a window with a beautiful view to the sea. In the same space with the dining room there is the fully equipped kitchen with even a dishwasher and a big table for up to 6 people. Double doors lead to the balcony with a view to the garden and the sea. On the same floor there is a WC. On this level there is air condition. On the lower level of the house, you will find two bedrooms. In the children's bedroom, there is a bunk bed and an additional foldable bed suitable for a third child. Baby cot also available on previous arrangement. The master bedroom has access to the garden and features a double bed, another smaller room with the closets. Between the two bedrooms there is the second and bigger bathroom with shower. In the garden there is the spacious and cool kiosk with a big table up to 8 guests and a sunbed.
