Great price for a house rental, I recommend staying here as it is close to everything in canon city. Being steps from the riverwalk was great for running and fishing. You can walk to downtown and are 10 min from royal gorge area. I was in the lower level and liked having the full kitchen and living area. Just know that the house is a shared space for kitchen area and laundry machine, other renters/owner can come in. The outside could also use a little renovation as well, but that did not affect my stay. Thank you Lisa for accommodating me all summer!!!

Lisa was awesome. The area was beautiful and very accessible from the property. Very comfortable space with everything you need. River and hiking trails within less than a min of the house. Great grilling and outdoor area. I will definitely return!

I had an amazing stay at Lisa's place in Cañon City. The location of the house could not be more conveinent, right by the river and easy walking distance to downtown, trails, and the whitewater festival! Lisa went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay, not only amenities, but also a wealth of information on the locale area and activities. Extremely welcoming and hospitable, I will definitely be back! Thanks Lisa!
