Rosalyn is a very kind and responsive host. She made sure we had everything we needed and communicated clearly with us ahead of time. Area was very close to the beach, parks and shopping options. Would be happy to stay here again in the future!

Great little cottage for a solo traveler or couple on a quick trip. Probably not large enough for more people or for a lengthy stay, but if you’ve got a small group, want a good and simple setup, this is a great choice for a quick getaway. Super quiet neighborhood and right off of Rte. 1. During peak season, roughly 12-15 mins by car to Lewes Beach and 20-25 to Rehoboth Beach, and less during off season. Included beach equipment/chairs, which was a thoughtful addition. Great value compared to other, pricier options.

The experience was wonderful. While we did not have pleasure of meeting her or her husband, they checked on us throughout our stay. The cottage was perfect for the two of us. The fridge had exactly what is stated in the description and was so welcoming, along with the snacks for an easy quick breakfast. Me being local, knowing the area, my girlfriend had no issues. It would be just as easy for "out of staters" to get to the beaches, outlets and other attractions. Highly recommend for a small family or couple.
