We have chosen this villa to stay for our group of 7 and 2 babies for 3 nights in Ubud. We were more than anxious to get there, but when we have arrived, our babies were crying, one was having fever, was raining a lot and we had some problems regarding our babies, that we cannot expose it here, due to privacy issues. We have talked to the manager of the villa and because of these problems that have occured we were offered immediately some options instead. The villa looked amazing, beautiful style, very romantic, very sweet and a great team of people ready to help us with everything needed. We have accepted to offer to go to another villa that belongs to them, to the seaside, east coast, if though we had no idea where we are heading to. Even though, we were quite sad to leave behind a wonderful property, we forgot everything immediately, as soon as we have arrived at the seaside to their other property (they have many, by the way - so you should check all the options the have online). I have no words to explain how wonderful the people have treated us, how welcomed they made us feel, how wonderful and rich was the breakfast and very healthy. They were there for you 24 hours and in the same time offered 100% privacy and great care. Our babies felt wonderful, we felt extraordinary and the days we had are now unforgetable. We had complimentary pick up and the management was quite understanding and flexible to our needs. There is no thought behind the though with these people and the warmth, the professionality and their approach to each client is outstanding. Their properties are great, with wonderful design, amenities that you need, complimentary breakfast and super clean. We want to thank everybody for the great job and making us feel like in Heaven, especially these 3 days, which were very important for our vacation, due to one of the babies' birthday! A beautiful place for a getaway! But be prepared for the bugs and mosquitoes that comes with the flora and fauna of the property. Entrances to each room within the villa are separate and are not sheltered, so might be a little difficult to get around when it’s raining. However the staff are very helpful and umbrellas are always available. Overall still a great stay with amazing service!

Honestly this place is a BEAUTY!! From the hospitality to the beautiful condo, it's truly a luxurious stay. We felt welcome every moment and the amenties are amazing. We LOVED our stay and cannot wait to be back!! We miss the crew!
