Great quiet place to stay for the weekend, good access to the water and very peaceful off the beaten path. Host was accommodating to my check in and check out schedule. Very cool place

Had a wonderfully peaceful Fourth of July at trails end. Mike and Rae were great hosts. The setting is spectacular and the kayaks were awesome to take along the nature preserve. Saw 4 eagles. Would return.

Thank you, Rae and Mike, for sharing your beautiful cabin with us! The cabin and the property are amazing! We had a great time relaxing in the cabin and exploring the nearby Chase Osborn Preserve. Sugar Island is so beautiful and peaceful. The fall colors were gorgeous! The cabin has the rustic Up North feel that we wanted, but it also has all of the comforts of home that a family with young kids (10 and 8 year old girls) would want. My wife and I and our kids loved our stay here on Sugar Island. We can’t wait to come back to Trail’s End! Thank you, Mike and Rae, for having us and for your kind hospitality!

This historic beautiful cabin has everything. It is cozy, tranquil and warm. The beds are comfy and the views are great!
