Ich habe nach einer kostengünstigen und sicheren Unterkunft gesucht. Danke Yehudit, dass Du das Appartement angeboten hast. Die Gegend ist extrem sicher. Man könnte zu jeder Tages-bzw. Nachtzeit aus dem Haus gehen und man hat sich absolut sicher gefühlt. Vermutlich ist es die sicherste Gegend in der ganzen Stadt. Ausserdem kommt man in ca. 7 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn Station Ditmas Av. Linie F. In ca. 1/2 Stunde steigt man dann Mitten in Manhattan aus. Ich hatte etwas Sorgen wegen den Insekten, weil es eine Kellerwohnung ist, es gab aber gar keine Insekten in der Wohnung! Yehudit hat jede Menge Handtücher, Reinigungsmitteln, Pflegeprodukte und natürlich Geschirr und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt, die wir dankend in Anspruch genommen haben. Die Krönung war aber die Waschmaschine und der Trockner. Zu dieser Jahreszeit war es echt schmutzig auf den Straßen des Borough Parks. Das fand ich sehr schade. Überall lag der Müll herum. Natürlich hat meine Vermieterin nichts dafür.

Very kind hostess. Small but appropriately priced for the size. Felt safe and comfortable staying there as I recoverd from a medical procedure. Would recommend if looking for safe place on a budget. Very Orthodox neighborhood, which I enjoyed. 💙

The mini studio is fine for tourists who come to NY to visit as it is in a safe neighbourhood and close to the F train. I would recommend the hosts to upgrade the beds as they are quite hard and I had to buy a memory foam. The bakeries around are delicious. Watching the children play outside is really sweet and brings life to the area.

I recently spent a month in an apartment and I must say, it was an excellent experience. The apartment was always kept clean and tidy, which was very impressive. Additionally, the landlord was always available and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the best features of the apartment was the on-site laundry facilities. Having access to a laundry room within the building was incredibly convenient and made my stay more comfortable. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The cleanliness, responsive landlord, and convenient amenities make this a top choice for any traveler.

I had a beautiful experience in the place of Yehudit! So nice and clean studio, and the borough was very quiet and safe. People very nice and friendly. Yehudit and his family were great and always available for any help or questions! Thank you for the hospitality at your place!!🙏🏻🙏🏻
