Amazing place, lots of amazing restaurants and supermarkets around. I could get a lot of work done on the small desk and chair in my room and have a relaxing break at the same time. The beach is very close and the place is very quiet at night, suitable for people of all ages.
We had a great stay! The host communicated very well before our arrival and check-in went well. It's a spacious flat, tidy and well arranged, everything was very clean and in a good condition, so I can recommend the accommodation to everyone!
I stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks, so I know what I'm writing about =) This apartment has excellent location - indeed just 10 mins from Nai Yang beach. Even though temperature during the day is very hot, the beach is excellent for evening walks around sunset at 6-630pm. There is always a breeze and restaurants along the beach are good and value for money. Location is convenient with minimart just a few minutes away and cafes as well. Huge swimming pool if that's what you like (I didn't swim). It is a family environment with lots of young families with kids. The apartment is well insulated, so you can't hear much noise Apartment has basic essentials and everything you need for long/short stay. very clean, everything working well. The only feedback I have is that internet can be slow/unstable at times. If you need to have stable connection for video calls make sure you have mobile internet backup. Also, the balcony view faces new condo construction. But it was ok for me.
Потрясающее место, очень чисто и уютно. Заходишь - и сразу ощущешь себя, как дома. В квартире есть все необходимое как для отпуска, так и для длительного проживания. В жилом комплексе есть тренажерный зал, несколько бассейнов и сауна. Рядом огромное количество ресторанов и кафе с тайской, европейской и русской кухнями. До пляжа 7 минут пешком. Обратная связь была очень оперативная, вежливо и быстро отвечали на все вопросы и пожелания. Абсолютная рекомендация!

We settled down in Thailand back in 2010. As we have 2 sons, Phuket with its highly developed residential infrastructure, turned to be a perfect place for them to get the initial international education and happy colorful childhood. We truly love Phuket, Thailand, Thai people and their culture ,and of course Thai cuisine. It's a great place for people like us, who love travelling and exploring the world. We take our hosting business seriously. As we manage not only our apartment, but also some, that belong to our friends, who cannot afford staying in Thailand all the time. That's why we are always eager to go the extra mile to make sure our guests are not only satisfied, but happy with our service. Both me and my husband work in construction / real-estate field. That's why we know the island inside out and are always eager to share our knowledge with our guests. Whether it's a local seafood market, an inexpensive shopping center or a mobile phone repair shop - we are always happy to share our knowledge and send the location if needed. We are quite easy going, or at least we seem to be easy going to ourselves :D . And we are always online and responsive, so if you need our help or advice just drop us a message via any popular mobile live chat, as we use most of them, either in English, Thai or Russian as we speak all three languages fluently.
