Great location and fantastic for a girlie weekend, close to everything, lots of stairs in the house so not for anyone with mobility problems

We had such a fantastic stay here. The new owner, Ben, was quick to respond with my questions, very helpful with local recommendations and was very friendly on thee day when we arrived! Nothing was too much trouble and the few thing we wanted to mention post our stay, he was very gracious with the feedback and thanked us for it. I would recommend staying here and thank Ben for being such a great host!

Everything you needed was there. So close to town, around 8 minute walk. The host was very quick to respond and very helpful, all in all a very enjoyable stay over the Christmas period.

We have just come back from our lovely house in Bath. Great location,very clean,very helpful and easy. Stairs to the kitchen uneven due to age of property so not really suitable for older prople or very young children but great for everyone else definitely go again.

A great house, location is a short walk to town, lovely and clean with everything you need. Really comfy beds and linen. We had already read you can hear the road noise but this is to be expected for being so central so after the first night we got used to it. The stairs down to the kitchen are steep but it’s an beautiful old building so it adds to the quirkiness. There were 6 of us and it was the perfect size, would love to return in the summer to make use of the little courtyard. Great communication and a perfect stay, thank you!
