Lovely studio with great amenities! The house is a 3 minute walk to the Q train and there’s a grocery co-op right around the corner. Lots of small businesses and great restaurants nearby on Cortelyou Road. The neighborhood is pretty peaceful and I never had any issues with noise. They added thoughtful details to the space, including plenty of outlets, a second light switch and dimmer right next to the bed, kitchen supplies, and a noise machine for sleeping. Lee was a wonderful host. Very responsive and helpful! I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This place is a great find! The location is fantastic, in a cute Brooklyn neighborhood filled with great food and walking distance from King's theater, also just a block away from a subway station. Value seemed great for Brooklyn. I was a little worried the basement apartment would seem dungeony and drab but it didn't at all, was a welcoming respite from the bustle of the city. Quiet at night, no noise to keep you up at all. The apartment was stocked with tea, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. We stayed for three nights and could have stayed longer - the only word of warning is the mattress is a bit on the firm side. Otherwise, everything was great!

The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood and literally 50 meters away from the metro , which will bring you to lower Manhattan in about 30 minutes. It is small, but has everything (only thing missing is a tv set, but it is not advertised, so that is fair, too). Checking in and out was extremely easy and one thing which is very important for us is that the owners were always very prompt in replying, and also nice and very helpful. We highly recommend this property.
