Quintessential Lake Of the Woods historic cottage. We felt at home our entire stay! The cottage is bigger and brighter (vaulted ceilings in the living room) than depicted on-line. Bedrooms and living room with awesome water views. Very calm, quiet bay - excellent for all of our water activities - we used owners kayak and toys, we brought two SUPs which we used daily. Swimming easy from the dock ladder, fantastic with warm water pockets. Fishing off the dock. Wild life galore, an eagle right in front of us on the property tree - wow! Occasional boat, and jet ski, but really - mostly very quiet. Great deck space for dinners and listening to the loons! Nice flat backyard, we were going to play bocce but too busy having fun on the water. Kitchen, entertainment, games, etc all very well stocked. Owners are very responsive and quick to answer questions. Location is perfect for visiting Kenora and Sioux Narrows 45 mins away. Would definitely stay again. Great time and memories! Thank you!

This is a beautiful cottage at a lovely spot on the lake. My dog and I delighted in the space, the ducks who were company, the sunrises, and the beautiful family cottage on the rainy days. The cottage felt immediately like home. It was roomy and comfortable and set up with everything we needed. The hosts were amazing and responsive. This was an absolutely perfect spot for a summer cottage holiday. Nothing was missing. I recommend it!

Great place to stay at LOTW. Kitchen is very well stocked. Home is in a peaceful protective cove for leaving your boat at the dock overnight. Fishing in the area is very good!

Such a beautiful spot! Perfect for relaxing, having daily swims, hanging out and playing board games. Access to the floaty swim toys and the kayak were terrific. Lots of room for the five of us, very comfortable and homey. We would come back again!
