Misleading & unprofessional. Our family group arrived on a very hot day to find only the living and 1 bedroom had aircon - despite the listing stating ‘central air conditioning’. Called a manager to be told to just leave bedroom doors open. Couldn’t be bothered to make a drama and look elsewhere so 2 of us slept in the living room as bedrooms too hot. The listing re aircon has since been amended but looking back now it had been raised in past reviews. Wouldn’t have stayed had listing been honest. Next afternoon got a call (during my uncle’s funeral) to ask for our leaving time next morning. For god’s sake! Check out is 10:00! The house needs maintenance and isn’t worth the $350/night we paid. Bathroom has a mouldy ceiling, broken & rusty fittings and damaged plaster and paint. The ‘pool’ is spa-size and on a deck on the street with no shade and water too hot to cool down. The ‘house’ is one of three identicals on the same block close to each other and is more one of three large cabins

We stayed for just over a week & know the area well as we have lived in the district before, so pretty much just chilled for the entire time( but plenty to do/see in the area ). Good view from the front deck. The plunge pool was perfect to cool off in the afternoon ( full sun in the morning). The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen has basic equipment, etc. (but it could definitely do with a few Tupperware type containers if staying longer than a few nights) Hosts were very responsive My only issue was it is advertised as fully airconditioned and it is not, just one in the living area and one in the back bedroom. the other 2 bedrooms have no aircons in there ( back twin room) gets the afternoon sun and was very hot!
