Ich habe 3 Monate in der Wohnung gewohnt und hatte eine sehr gute Zeit. Birgit war immer erreichbar bei Fragen und hat sich sehr hilfsbereit um alles gekümmert! Die Wohnung ist außerdem sehr ruhig gelegen und man hat trotzdem einen guten Anschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Great little nook, this was a great place to stay while visiting Oktoberfest. Just a short fifteen minute walk.

Great location. 20 min walk to Oktoberfest grounds. Very accommodating with our arrival time and her friend met us in person with instructions. Also, private parking spot underground.

Nice, relatively spacious apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. We decided to stay there during our OctoberFest visit. It was comfortable for 2 people. Location is good. It is 1.1 km from metro station. OctoberFest was about 2 km. 2 supermarkets are not far. Paid laundromat was 550 m away which we used because washer in the apartment was not accessible. Apartment had a nice large balcony, simple kitchen and basic sleeping arrangements. It was warm inside even though weather was cold and rainy. Good wifi, strong water pressure, please bring your own shampoo and body wash. Safe place to spend a night while exploring Munich during the day. I recommend renting a bike or scooter unless you enjoy a lot of walking.
