Fay’s apartment annex was a lovely place to stay, and was ideal when we visited family. Before arrival Fay sent very easy to understand instructions to help us if the satnav had problems. It is a very well appointed apartment and was very clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the facilities and equipment you could possibly need, including a full-size oven so is more than adequate for two people. It is as advertised, close to the town centre with plenty of shops within a 5 minute walk. Despite its close proximity to the town centre it was private with a secluded feel and very quiet at night. We would be very happy to stay there again.

Fay and Ronnie are extremely friendly and welcoming hosts who have a lot of helpful advice on places worth visiting and even gave us some delicious potatoes and other vegetables from their beautiful garden. We really enjoyed our stay in their lovely and cozy apartment which was spotless, quiet and equipped with everything we needed. It really felt like home and we wished we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Fay's accommodation in central Cupar; we were in Fife so that my wife could work at one of her clients. Because she had the car it was easy for me to get around as "Fay's place" was in the town - near the train station and bus stops.

This was my second stay in the delightful annex apartment and it was a joy to return there. Fay and Ronnie are kind and attentive hosts and we felt very much at home. The decor is charming, the apartment is spotless and comfortable and the location is perfect, close to the town centre but private and quiet. I only wish we could have stayed longer!
