Il enjoyed my stay with Ann very much. She was there to greet me with à hot cup of tea notwithstanding my late arrival. Lively comfortable room. Nice and warm in thé cold weather. It was great, too, to have use of à fully équipped kitchen and my own sitting room for quiet evenings. Pleasant and peaceful environment. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to thé town centre but there is à Waitrose very close by and à very nice garden centre with à great café for brunches and lunches about 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommended for a stay in beautiful Wymondham.

Stayed here for a week to get settled into a new job. Location was perfect for my needs: 5 minute walk to a bus stop that goes to Norwich 10 minute walk to a Waitrose 15 minute walk to a Lidl 20 minutes to my place of work Room was clean, had plenty of power sockets nearby so you can charge your phone while on the bed. Right outside the room is a bathroom. Kitchen was downstairs, lots of cutlery, plates, bowls. There was milk available, and space to store my food items in the fridge. I didn't make use of the sitting room, but that too had a TV. Definitely will be back one day if my work calls for it. Ann is a great host!

Ann's property is in the northern side of Wymondam so is well positioned to the motorway on / off ramp if you are planning a trip to either Norwich or London, in fact, anywhere. It's about a 30 or so minute walk to Wymondham proper, but if you are not feeling energetic, there is a bus stop some 5 minutes up the road. There are also 2 supermarkets within 8 or so minutes walking distance of the house. Ann is a "mobile nurse" - have needles will travel. Her bio says shy is oft away and indeed she is so you don't have the landlady breathing down your neck as can happen in some places. The place is comfortable and homelyJust give Ann 8 for everything.
