La casa è in una bellissima posizione panoramica con una vista su Ischia che al tramonto diventa spettacolare. Ha una bella piscina e di fianco c'è il ristorante gestito dai proprietari, molto gentili. Si mangia bene a buon prezzo. I letti erano comodi. Ma veniamo alle note dolenti: siamo stati attratti dalle recensioni positive, probabilmente si riferivano agli altri appartamenti della villa poiché il nostro, oltre ad essere arredato tristemente con mobili vecchi, aveva una cucina molto sfornita e, mi spiace dirlo, piuttosto sporca. I pensili e il forno probabilmente non vedevano una spugna da decenni. Il forno era inutilizzabile perché non c'era ne' una griglia ne' una teglia all'interno. Gli armadi all'Interno avevano un odore sgradevole di umidità. Il frigo non funzionava bene, faceva molta acqua. La casa e' inoltre molto buia. Peccato, bastava qualche accortezza perché fosse un soggiorno indimenticabile perché il luogo merita davvero!

L'alloggio è facilmente raggiungibile in auto, posto su un altura si Massa Lubrense rispecchia l'annuncio come mostrato. La famiglia di Marzia e Marzia stessa sono stati disponibili in tutto. Il luogo è ideale se si vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità.

Our stay at this apartment in Schiazzano was a dream come true. The warm welcome we received from Franco, Marzia, and their family made us feel right at home. Unexpectedly, the property benefits from an incredible terrace, which allowed breathtaking views of the gulf of Naples! Franco even organized a smooth and unforgettable trip to Capri, including pick-up right from our doorstep! The icing on the cake was their family restaurant, where we savored the most amazing food and delicious Lemon Spritz, with homemade Limoncello. If you're looking for an authentic and heartwarming experience, this is the place to be. Grazie mille for the memories! 🍋🌊🇮🇹

Très belle piscine avec Transats, très agréable après une journée de balades. Franco et sa famille sont très accueillants et toujours disponibles si besoin. Le gîte ne permet pas vraiment de se faire ses propres repas, la cuisine a très peu d'équipements et le frigo est vraiment très vieux... Si l'objectif n'est pas de manger au gîte, tout va bien ! Sinon c'est plus compliqué. Heureusement Franco vous accueille dans son restaurant... 😉 avec une très belle vue sur la baie de Naples et un coucher de soleil sur la mer magnifique. On y mange très bien et tout le monde y est vraiment très gentil. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.
