The perfect Yellow Springs house! Loved being able to walk to the grocery and shops around town. The soft serve around the corner is excellent and the house provided space for everyone! Matthew was helpful once we checked in, but was hard to get ahold of before check in.

We were on a family bike trip and had planned on camping but the weather was terrible. We needed a place to accommodate a family of four quickly and Matthew was very receptive and helpful. He had the place ready within a few hours, just in time to get out of the rain. Thank you again, Matthew.

This cute and rustic house felt like a home away from home. It's right in the heart of Yellow Springs, which is a lovely walkable town with interesting shops and eateries. The beds were comfy, and there was good wifi, which is exactly what I needed for the remote-working respit.

I stayed here with my adult son & husband while in YSO for family business and the house was the perfect size. The extra ,5 bath and dinning area plus full kitchen gave us the extra room for everyone to do what they needed to do. There is even a bonus area upstairs that we used for yoga and stretching.

It was a lovely stay! The home has a lot of character and really cozy to be there.
