Great efficiency unit in western Tampa area! Booked this little gem as I had lived close to this subdivision for the past 5 years .. close to my gym, some restaurants and golf courses! Saymara is a fantastic host … she met me upon arrival and checked to ensure I was comfortable during my stay. This is a small unit but exactly as advertised - refrigerator, microwave, queen bed and a step up bathroom which were perfect as I needed something simple. I was able to rest and get outdoors to do the things I needed. Great for singles or couples used to light travel and interested in experiencing Tampa Bay rather than just sitting at a hotel pool or a bar … will definitely stay with Saymara again!

Not only did this place have everything I needed, it was close to restaurants, grocery stores and other shops, it also wasn’t too far from the airport and downtown Tampa! Host was super friendly and welcoming so I definitely recommend this location!!
