The house has amazing views! That’s what you’re paying for here. The check-in process could be simplified and the parking should be figured out… 5 car maximum on a driveway that fits 7 or 8 is honestly a bummer when you’re paying $2k a night. And you have to lug your trash all the way to the front of the resort, which is inconvenient. But we appreciated the lovely home and the fact that it was pet friendly. We would stay here again.

We had a great time! The house was beautiful and fully functional for a family of 9 (including very elderly grandparents with limited mobility and very young children). We had a wonderful stay. This house was pristine and had every amenity you could wish for. Check-in was confusing. We had to get the entry code and parking passes from a lockbox an office 10 mins away (Not the RV park office, where the house is located). Check in time was listed as 4 PM, but the Port A Escapes office closed at 4. We did not receive instructions in the days prior to check in or day of until I called ahead. Another side note: The backyard is fenced in, but there is a gap between the ground and the bottom of the fence, so if you have small or medium dogs, they can get out.

We had a wonderful time. We had 8 folks that were more than comfortable with the space. One very special aspect: items like spices, to-go boxes, things that might be left by others and of use have been left at the beach house. I am accustomed to seeing these things removed and it is refreshing that they were not removed and were available to us. Management company was very responsive to all of our needs and requests.
