Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit rustikalem Flair. Es war sehr sauber und es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schöner Pool, mit schönem Bereich zum grillen.Alan ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber,er war immer erreichbar, wenn man ihn brauchte. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Das Haus und Pool waren wie in der Beschreibung. Das Haus war schön gross, sowie auch der Garten mit Pool. Alle Zimmer, Bäder und Küche waren sauber, und ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Leider war die Küche garnicht ausgestattet mit Dingen, die man zum alltäglichen Kochen und Putzen benötigt. Keine Lappen, Spülmittel, etc. Zum Kochen und Putzen muss man entweder alles mitbringen oder teuer im nächsten Supermarkt kaufen. Für 5 Nächte haben wir EIN Spülmaschinentab, sowie EIN Kaffeefilter gestellt bekommen. Auch gab es keine Ersatzrollen für Toilette - und das bei dem Preis von €1600 für 5 Nächte! Wir hatten noch das Pech, das überall Mücken waren. Ein Horror besonders fürs Kind.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property which has been beautifully renovated to a very high standard. The furnishings throughout are thoughtful, tasteful and above all, comfortable. It has everything described on the listing and more, has a cosy feel and was spotlessly clean throughout. The traditional stone used in this building provides excellent relief from the heat of the sun but there is also air conditioning should it be required. The property has a peaceful private garden to the rear were there is a traditional barbecue, accessories, comfortable garden furniture, outdoor shower and a generous swimming pool. The property is situated in a quiet, rural setting close to other traditional properties in the small neighbourhood. The local bar/restaurant is accessible on foot. A car would be recommended to explore the charming town nearby 7k, where the local bakery, pizzeria etc were open daily. I highly recommend this property. 10/10. Thanks Alan so much Alan.

Ein traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus (Reihenhaus) in einem kleinen Dorf. Geschmackvoll restauriert, schön eingerichtet und ausreichend Platz für zwei Pärchen und drei Kinder. Der Pool im rückseitigen Garten ist sehr groß und kaum einsehbar. Ein schöner Grillplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Pula ist in 15 Minuten erreichbar, bis Rovinj benötigt man etwa 25 Minuten. Im Ort selbst gibt es ein Restaurant, eine Cafe und ein kleiner Supermarkt. In den Dörfern ringsum sind ausreichend Restaurants zu finden. Wir haben die Zeit in Jurcic sehr genossen.
