Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert, und der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Allerdings hat die erste gezeigte Wohnung in der Ausstattung nicht den Bildern entsprochen. Offenbar gilt die Ausschreibung für etwa 12 Wohnungen mit gleicher Wohnfläche aber unterschiedlicher Ausstattung und Aussicht! Es lohnt sich also unter Umständen sich auch noch andere Wohnungen zeigen zu lassen. Wir konnten so eine rundum zufrieden stellende Lösung finden!

Nice and clean places. The location also is convenient. And Ngoc always gives quick response. Just one thing as she has more than one place (like photos) and although all are clean but there’s one bigger/smaller than the others, or having larger view on balcony (I stayed two times with two different apartments). So, I think it will be better if we can actively choose the one we like based on photos discription.

the place itself was okay, but there were some annoyances during my stay. it's located above a busy swimming pool so it was not very quiet. there was a fire drill on a saturday morning and an electricity outage for maintenance on my last day. for the electricity outage, the host notified me 15 minutes before it started, which was not reasonable notice. although they advertise weekly cleaning, the host notified me only 2-3 hours before the planned cleaning and i was not able to respond in time. i messaged back with alternative times and she did not respond, so there was no cleaning.
