Place was good and reception was exceptional! they even upgraded us to the owner's suite which was extremely nice. Would love to stay at the place again.

The Guesthouse was easy to find. Although some of the neighboring houses were not really a sight to behold and you could hear dog barkings from time to time, it was relatively a safe place and just a few steps away fr the hiway (JP Rizal). Adding to the sense of security is that it is located a few steps away fr the Police station. Staff were friendly and helped us hail a taxi along the hiway (although the other staff who came could have been more dressed properly - he was just wearing sando and shorts). Inside room, side lamp wasnt working. I was also expecting 3 separate single beds for the triple rm but it was a double bed plus a pull out; once pull out bed is used expect to have little or no leeway of walk space from the door and going to the bathroom. No complimentary toothbrush and toothpaste so bring that one and soap. All in, for the price of 2k for an overnight for 2 and a generally clean house and its proximity, w friendly staff, it’s still a good budget friendly choice.
