We booked this 2 bedroom house unit for Aurora Clark Music Fest one month before the event for 2 nights. 2hrs before check in, she messaged us through viber that there's a problem about the unit as they were holding the guest for damaging the TV. We had to change unit to her "Condotel" units in Angeles which is 15-20 mins far from the booked unit, we are 4 guests as she asked before check in, and she's giving us studio type unit which I said we needed 2 bedrooms as that's what we booked in the first place, she agreed but she's asking us to pay 1000 pesos which I asked to lower it to 500 pesos, but in the first place, the inconvenience and the downgrade to a 2 studio type unit, she didn't need to ask for additional payment. Her reason of relocation is not even believable, she could have let us stayed in the original booked unit for the second night, I'm not sure if this is a modus or what. I suggest to avoid booking on this place specially when there's big event near the place.

Owner was kind enough to allow us to do a late check out. Place was nice and right in front of the wake park. We attended the SEA Games event and the place was perfect.

This was my first bad Airbnb experience. The house looked way better in the photos than it actually is. The checkin was infuriating. We id give the host late notice with our booking. However the time was accepted but we still ha to wait on the side of the road for over an hour. The host also would not respond to us. We also had an issue that the sink that was held on the wall by 1 bolt fell off the wall when i brushed it as i walked past it. It could have very easily broken my foot. We actually moved out of the house after the frst night because i was concerned that there could be more suprises, The only positive was when i did meet the host she seemed to be very nice and did also offer us alternative accomodation. I really do hate to leave a bad review loke this but i feel it is important for people to know what to expect.

The place has Aircon in one room and in the living room. The place is clean and we have almost everything that we needed. They even provided drinking mineral water. There is parking space that can fit a sedan car. The owner is very responsive to inquiry.
