This condo is in a great location! You can walk to many shops and restaurants. The beach access is outstanding! We found the condo clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! I appreciated the written communication from Alli which included what to expect and many excellent local recommendations.

Alli was a wonderful host! Her condo was super clean and had all the thoughtful amenities. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable (I was 33 weeks pregnant and slept like a rock). Additionally, the location puts you in walking distance of a ton of cute restaurants and shops. Two cons: 1. The condo is directly adjacent to the Coligny public beach access. This causes the beach to be INCREDIBLY busy. We stayed in the condo in April and I cannot imagine what the beach is like in the summer or on holiday weekends. 2. As a whole, the condo building is older than I was expecting. This causes things like some warped flooring, paint peeling in the bathroom, the latch on the balcony door was broken, etc. Even with these issues, we really enjoyed our stay! Even though the condo is older, it’s obvious that they try to keep up the building.

What a magnificent place to stay. The photos on AirBNB don't do the place justice. The sunrises were magnificent each morning of our stay and the walk to the beach is incredible. They have a locked gate for safety and a mat that makes the walk on the sand to the beach easy to pull a wagon and just plain walk in ease. The location I had no idea was so close to SO much! We walked over to the shops and restaurants each day for lunch or dinner and to the coffee shop on the corner by the traffic circle each morning after sunrise. What a treat! The televisions were easy to use and we just enjoyed all of it - THANKS!

You’re on ocean and can watch dolphins. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

If you are looking for the perfect Hilton Head experience I'm not sure you can do better than this wonderful condo. Fantastic location with great views of the beach with easy access. The condo was cosy, fully stocked and clean. I have never stayed in a place so well stocked! And we can't say enough nice things about the hostess Alli. Every step of the process was smooth and she gave wonderful recommendations. When I had a question and emailed or texted her she answered literally immediately. She made a first time visit a wonderful experience and we look forward to not only coming back but definitely staying in Alli's place!
