Richard place is absolutely beautifull, super well located very close to Stadelhofen and Zurich lake, as well as walking distance to Zurich HB and night life and bars and restaurants. Richard is a great host, the appartment is huge and very well fitted. Richard is very responsive and always willing to help. highly recommended.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Richard’s house. His apartment is nearby public transportation, not too far from the center of town, and close to restaurants and shopping (supermarket). Richard is very helpful and quick to respond to messages. Very quiet location, comfortable bed (pillow seemed to be too soft), and spacious apartment. The washer and dryer is a single unit that works fine for towels but doesn’t seem to work so well for other clothes. The floor in the apartment heats up, especially in the early morning and makes the apartment too hot, and isn’t able to be turned off or adjusted by the occupant. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really felt right at home in his apartment.

Amazing apartment in one of the best areas in Zurich. Richard is an amazing guy, always responsive and very quick to any questions. The apartment is spacious and is just as it looks in the pictures. All clean and very well equipped. If I return to Zurich I will repeat without any doubt. The apartment is a 10!!!!
