The place was wonderfully located - close to the Boardwalk and to the Beach, while being very close to restaurants and shops.

The room smelled off, there were ants, the sofa bed in the living room was not large enough for 2, bath linens were small and scratchy, there were no sheets for the sofa bed and when they were delivered they felt like paper. I would not recommend or stay here again.

This condo is a little gem in Ocean City. We usually rent a large house, just around the corner, during the summer. I was only going down for one night I needed some thing comfortable for my family. Although it is located in what looks like a smaller building, there is so much space in the rental and it’s perfectly clean and styled beautifully. You cannot beat the location. Also, OC parking can be a headache and this unit comes with its own parking spot. Huge bonus! Walking from your car to the door may take you 20 steps, it’s super convenient for unpacking or bringing in groceries. I had a question for Raj and he answered it Quickly and was very pleasant. I would definitely book this location again!

Pros: Excellent location Kind staff - excellent check in process and kind housekeeping service Pool Raj did respond to our message about the AC Cons: AC was broken our entire stay which is not ideal in august, with an infant Ants in the bathroom - led to concern about food/ants/cleanliness elsewhere Kitchen sink faucet was broken and therefore difficult to use Generally un-clean; couch had stains, floor was dirty, furniture dusty. The facility must have leaf-blown one day and all of the dust came into our hallway (so then into our place)
