This property exceeded my expectations as I feel the property description undersells some key features. PROS - Excellent bedroom layout as both bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit with separate bathrooms - Beds are extremely comfortable - Furniture in common area is clean and comfortable providing a great place to watch the hi-def television - Great cable package provided with super quick wifi - Quiet and peaceful location that is close (but not too close) to main highways - A couple of blocks away from Sawgrass Mills - Ample parking right in front of the unit with nice wide spaces - Easy check-in/check-out with an easy channel of communication if necessary CONS - No access to workout facilities or pools that are on site (Not an issue for me since it is always preferable to drive to the ocean) - Need a car (this would be the case for virtually any location unless you stay right on the beach and stay there for the whole time) If you wish to have a property that is on the beach, then you are looking to spend much more money for a much less desirable unit. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

The condo was just as pictured, very accommodating, clean and spacious. The location was central to interstate roads, shops, attractions and more. The bed was just as comfortable as my own. Kitchen was well stocked for a longer stay and they even had coffee! In unit washer and dryer was a plus - I even left detergent and softener for next guest. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, modern, working appliances and location. We were surprised to see a lake and river around the property that was a great touch.
