What a peaceful, cozy little space! My husband and I felt right at home. It was the perfect space to stay in for a weekend. John was very accommodating and helpful.

Our third visit and there’s lots of good reasons why we keep coming back… it’s beautiful and peaceful, we feel right at home at John’s place and it’s in a great area of Cape Cod. Thank you John and Barby for a wonderful time!

Very clean, private, responsive hosts, love the Cape. If you’re ok with an extra firm bed and pillows it works well. Too firm for our taste.

John was a wonderful host! The studio apartment was very clean and well appointed. John was responsive to our every need. The area is beautiful, but we were surprised to find that, during our visit in the third week of October, most places were closed for the season. Hard to find places to eat or things to do. That is the reason for a less-than-perfect review. Maybe "off-season rates" would be in order.
