Terrible experience. Turned up at 7.30pm after our flight being delayed. The host rushed us in saying it was late and he had to go. Gave us the keys walked in the property showed us the checkout book and left. The moment he left I went to go see the bedrooms. I could only find 1. We booked for 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen all on one floor. We were given a tiny kitchen/living space with an open staircase to one minuscule bedroom. There was no mention of the change by the host. We called him within 2 min of him leaving thinking it was a genuine mistake. No, he swapped us to this place as supposedly there was a problem with our property. When we explained this wasn’t acceptable, we need 2 rooms, 1 for our child, 1 for us. We were told the baby could sleep on the sofa or we could put the cot in the living room. We said no, this isn’t what we booked and we’re sworn at and told it’s not his fault. Was a very unpleasant experience. We left in the morning, out of pocket and upset- AVOID

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication was easy, and was really helpful to have a crib and highchair.

My husband, two young kids and i had the most fantastic time,in the most beautiful location! Our host Luis was great at communicating before our arrival and was very accommodating with check in and check out times. Couldn't recommend it enough. We would love to return in the future.
