This is terrific luxurious apartment. We couldn't fault it. Very spacious for our group of 3-4 and such a fantastic view of of the harbour. It is a short 2 minute walk down hill to a nice breakfast at the Orsini yacht club, the boat pickup for our terrific half day out to the blue lagoon with captain Josef, a supermarket and, in the other direction, the pebble beach and fantastic eateries of the Baban Kuk peninsular. Easy to get to the old city with a nice 15 minute walk around the harbour and jump on the number 6 bus or just walk up the road to get the bus directly - number 6 to the old town and cable car or number 7 to get to Gruz. There is also a water taxi stop at the end of the road you can call to take you across the harbour to Gruz and the markets. He may come if he is available. Otherwise you can walk around in about 20 minutes. Love this place and location. Would definitely like to spend more time here.

The apartment had huge windows that allowed picture perfect scenic views of the water, the marina and the houses on the hills at a distance -- at night the lights were spectacular. The apartment itself was very clean, bed rooms, kitchen and bathrooms. A/C was strong. Restaurants, supermarkets were all walkable... the best restaurant we went to was Orzan by the marina (2-3 mins walking) -- had live music on wednesday's. The beach and the areas to swim were all walking distance. I will definitely stay here again. Fredo and his assistant Suzanne respond quickly to any questions/inquiries we had.

Perfect apartment for small group. Clean, good beds, nice view from balcony. Good value for money.

Very nice apartment in Dubrovnik, close to everything. We really enjoyed it.
